You carry on as usual, we handle the entire move. On 1 October everything works, verifiably. Fixed price, one contact, done.

Your total time investment: around 90 minutes. A 60-minute briefing plus the team handover.

The problem

On 24 March 2026, Quandoo announced it would stop taking reservations on 30 September 2026. On that day everything fails at once: the “Reserve with Google” button on your Google listing, the booking widget on your website, and the automatic confirmation and reminder emails to your guests.

Quandoo still supports restaurant partners with data exports until the end of December 2026. It explicitly offers no migration and no technical integration. So you get the data out. Nobody puts it in. The work stays with the restaurant, in the middle of the autumn season.

The honest alternative

Let us say plainly what you have already read in a dozen emails: resmio, aleno and others offer free moves. That is real, and it is good.

Those free onboardings just do one thing: they set up the respective product. The rest you still do yourself:

  • pick the system that actually fits your operation out of 40 “Free!” emails
  • run the onboarding calls with the provider
  • find the access to your website (the agency? your nephew? the 2019 Wix login?)
  • install the widget, or have it installed
  • rebuild your service rules, meaning minimum spend, deposits and peak times, in the new system
  • train your team yourself
  • hope on 1 October that it all holds

That is the real effort. Not the software, but your time, your decision, and the risk of a dead Saturday night. You can have all of it for free if you coordinate it yourself. We are for the ones who do not want to.

On 1 October everything works, verifiably: tested in parallel beforehand, handed over in writing. If something sticks, there is a Berliner with a mobile number instead of a ticket system.

Our guarantee: If your online reservations, meaning the Google button and the website widget, do not work on 1 October, we keep working at no extra charge until they do.

    Days 1 to 3

    Briefing and secured export

That is our work, not the software. You pay the software fees directly to resmio or aleno. resmio even has a free plan.
