When do we see the first effects?

You usually see the first additional reviews within 4 weeks, once the automation is running. Noticeable ranking improvements take 8–12 weeks. Google does not react overnight. We do not promise ranking miracles, we promise a system that builds a little more every month. Honest expectation-setting is part of our job.

What about your own branding on our profile?

None. Your profile stays yours. We post under your name, we reply to reviews under your name, and we are never visible publicly. If you ever decide to stop working with us, we hand the profile back cleanly. No lock-in.

Who takes the photos?

A Berlin photographer we work with regularly. Half-day shoot on site, 15–25 usable images of the exterior, interior, team, and details. Included in the setup price. If you want another shoot later, we book it as an add-on (€350).

Monthly. You tell us, we stop. The profile stays with you, the access is handed back cleanly.

Can we book just the setup without the monthly care?

Possible, but not recommended. Without ongoing posts and review prompts, the effect fades within 2–3 months, and the profile starts looking like before. If you want to take it over yourself afterwards, we are happy to do the setup and hand it over properly. Tell us in advance so we shape the onboarding accordingly.

What if we have multiple locations?

Volume discount applies from 2 locations. Get in touch, and we will give you a concrete offer instead of a standard price list.

"Reserve with Google" / "Book appointment", what does it actually do?

It is the only booking CTA that appears directly in the Google search result, without anyone having to land on your website first. Almost no one sets it up themselves because the requirements are unclear. We check eligibility during the audit and configure it during setup. One of the most effective half-hours in the whole package.

Are there larger or smaller packages?

Yes. A Lite version (€290 setup + €149/month, without photo shoot and with reduced posting) and a Premium version (€890 setup + €449/month, with more frequent reporting and more photo prompts). Both on request. For most Berlin businesses the standard package is the right fit, and we will tell you honestly when it is.

The problem

Roughly half of the local businesses in Berlin have a Google profile that is no longer current. Photos from 2019, opening hours from before COVID, a logo that has long been replaced, and the most recent post is from summer 2022. Reviews rarely get a response, not even the good ones. New reviews show up by accident, when a regular happens to be in a good mood.

You do not feel this directly, but your neighbors do. Whoever searches Google Maps for “Friseur Prenzlauer Berg” or “café Kreuzberg” sees the profiles with current photos, many reviews, and clean replies first. A salon at 4.1 ★ with 30 reviews lives in a different world from the salon two blocks away at 4.7 ★ with 200 reviews, even when you are technically better. Foot traffic that never arrives is not something you actively miss. You only see it in the numbers at the end of the month.

This is not an advertising problem, it is a maintenance problem. Most owners know they should deal with it. They just do not have the four hours a week to do it consistently.

We take over the maintenance. In the setup we bring your profile into the shape it should be in: completed in full, correct categories, fresh photos by a Berlin photographer, “Reserve with Google” enabled, response templates prepared. On top of that, a review system that pulls in new reviews every month, through a QR postcard at the counter, an SMS link after the appointment, the footer on the receipt, and the email signature.

After that, the monthly care runs: weekly posts, fast responses to every review, a monthly rank report, and a 15-minute check-in. This is not a sprint. It is a quiet, continuous investment.
